I was able to schedule after all the leaves had fallen for the winter. They did a great job of ground cleanup once the leaves were removed.

It pains me to feel the need to write this review. I believe in giving business to local companies. This is the third and unfortunately last time I will use this company. Prior to this event they had cleaned my windows and power washed my house. I was pleased enough that when I found out they hung x-mas lights I was eager to get a quote. While the quote was for well over four figures just to hang the front and back I was willing pay and agreed to the job. They wanted credit card info prior to the work ( like a lot of companies) I was happy to provide but said that I was planning on paying via check so that they would not have to give a cut to a credit card company. They arrived at 4:55pm to start the job that they said would be started between 8:55 and 12:55! I had sent a text prior to their arrival inquiring if they were planning on being at my home as promised. I did not...

The Heffernan person was very helpful and committed to doing a great job. She took pictures of her work and showed me, as well as gathering the leaves before she left.

They did a wonderful job putting up our Christmas lights, they are beautiful! Heffernan’s was quick to respond and followed through on day/time of service!
