I was quoted for Christmas light instillation which was to include the roofline and two trees. $770 after the 20% off for booking at time of estimate. I was give an install date a week later and was trying to surprise
My wife so I gave them a window of 8am to 5pm while she was at work. They didn’t show up until 6:00 and were gone by 7:30 (have time stamps on ring video doorbell). They did not do the trees. A grand total of 148 bulbs, so roughly $5.00 a bulb. What a rip off, I contacted Chris and he said that he was sorry I had a bad experience and would check into it. 2 weeks and 3 emails later no response from him. I then got a call to schedule the light takedown, and when I voiced my concerns again I was told I got what I was quoted for but oddly they cannot provide me a quote, nor anything with my signature. What a bunch of crooks, happy holidays!
