Heffernans Home Services

We had Heffernan's Home Services out a couple weeks ago to clean out the gutters on our very tall two-story home. The guy that came out called me that morning and gave me a better estimated time of when he would be there. And he called again to let me know he was on his way before he got there, which I greatly appreciate. We definitely will be using Heffernan's again in the future for all our outdoor home service needs.

The guy showed up a few days early to do my gutters but only did half the job. My down spouts are still clogged. When I called the company they only got back to me with a text saying my appointment was still for Monday. Well it's Monday. No one showed up because the guy came early and I'm not getting a resolution to their poor job. I would recommend you look elsewhere for home services.

Oh man, it was great. I came home for my lunch break on a heavy rainy day. I saw my gutter on the upper level was pouring over the corner. The down spout was wayy too clogged. I called Heffernan’s, answered questions, finished my lunch, went back to work. They had someone out within the two hours I went back to work. I didn’t even have to be present for the job to take place! My cameras went off, so I saw the technician confidently handle his business. It was still raining out when he came, mind you. When I came home from work, the down spout was back in business! It was awesome, I called about the one downspout, but the technician took care of the entire gutter system. It was great. He did a great job on the house. Unfortunately we weren't told that we needed to cover our plants. Many were damaged by the solution. Maybe it was in the initial contact and I missed it. Had to replace plants.
