Set up a date 2 plus weeks in advance for power washing house and cleaning all windows inside and out. 2 days prior they text me and say they can only power wash will have to come back later the next week for windows, then day of power wash it’s 2pm no one has shown up yet. I call they then have someone else call me and say they can make it to power wash either, will have to reschedule for it also next week. So neither item was done scheduled weeks in advance took time off to be at house. I have used them several times before and they were great. But I don’t know what has happened but the lack of communication and canceling both items, won’t use again.

I've never paid to have Christmas lights hung before so feels a little pricey still, but the team at Heffernan's is so professional and responsive and it's very refreshing to have a company that I feel like I can count on.

I contacted Heffernan’s to have windows cleaned, inside and out, and gutters cleaned. The service technician, Thomas, called to let me know he was on his way. He was punctual, courteous and professional. He confirmed the services to be completed and gave me the price. He went right to work. He completed all the cleaning within a couple of hours. His attention to detail was exceptional and he completed everything to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend Heffernan’s for window cleaning service!
