Heffernan’s is very good about keeping its customers abreast to specials and services they offer throughout the year. They have a very friendly staff and it’s easy to communicate with them.

Heffernan's has installed lights in our trees for the past two holiday seasons, and this year added lights to the roof line in the front of our house. The combination looks awesome. They are bright and pretty providing beautiful accents to the overall appearance of our home without being gaudy or "over the top." The guys were great, especially Jake who did the major portion of the installation. He was friendly and efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. I will continue to use Heffernan's and highly recommend them to anyone interested in having a beautiful holiday light display.

Great experience. Efficient and professional. They're not out trying to sell you stuff. Just a great job for whatever you need. We'll have them come out every year.

We had them come once for gutter cleaning and they showed up at the scheduled time and did a decent job. We then scheduled another cleaning after our leaves had fallen. They were supposed to come out on a Tuesday, but they never showed. We called Wednesday and they had no idea that they never showed. They initially scheduled us again for the following Monday, but promptly called back to say the subcontractor would call to schedule it. It is now the following Sunday and we had received no calls. My husband was required to go clean out our gutters one week after surgery to avoid having frozen leaves in the gutter. All would have been avoided if they simply showed up for the initial appointment. We will not be hiring them again!

Edit: The response from the owner is laughable. Seriously? Where was our call? Where was our email? Where was our notice that nobody was coming or...

This is our 2nd year using them for Christmas lights. Each year we keep getting rescheduled and rescheduled and rescheduled. You really have to keep calling them and demand they come out. Plus their price doesn’t change when they schedule you a week later. So you’re missing out on a week worth of beautiful Christmas lights but you’re paying the same amount. We probably won’t be using them next year. It’s just too much of a hassle.
I will say though the people who do the installation are top-notch and do an excellent job. Whoever is running the show/handling scheduling isn’t doing it well unfortunately.
