I used them at the referral of a friend and was incredibly disappointed. The installation day came and their rep was a no show. It took forever to hear back from someone. I should've not moved forward. The lights we wanted as white were yellow. I asked about it and was told that's just their white. It was clearly yellow. Then upon takedown we were charged again, which was not in the initial estimate I was given. Waste of money. Will not use again.

I love that it is a locally owned and operated.
Self made business. I have used many services and they have always done a good job.

I can't say enough good things about Heffermans. We have used them for several projects over the past year. Deck/Fence cleaning & staining, gutter cleaning and window cleaning.

From the quote process, to setting a date, to project completion. They are the friendliest, very hard-working, & extremely dependable team.

Communication is amazing, once the date is set you know they are going to show up and there is not doubt the job will be done well.

Have had Heffernan's do window cleaning for a couple of years, decided to try their gutter cleaning as well. Showed up when they said they would, made sure to let me know they were there, cleaned gutters efficiently, let me know when they were leaving and answered some questions I had about the roof parts I can't see from the ground. Good experience. Cost $50 less than previous contractor who was doing it.

While initially the tech arrived late without calling, he made up for it by doing things beyond expectation, such as cleaning up leaves that the wind had blown around our front entrance.

Do not hesitate to call them for Christmas lights! Very responsive and did a great job.
