Very pleased with the window cleaning I received. Both cleaners were friendly and professional and did a great job.

It is not the company fault that I did not know had to take the screens out and so I told them to do windows with screens in so they could not properly clean, which Is my fault but when I called them they came right out and will send me a credit for the job.

I was supposed to have my gutters and windows washed in the am on Friday 8/12. At shorty before 12, received a call that would do the job between 12 and 4. At about 3 pm I got another call asking if I wanted to reschedule because he was in the west side and would take 45 minutes to come to me. I said yes as I had scheduled. He arrived around 4 and first did the gutters and then told me that I would have to take all screens out in leave in house and I asked if he was going to put back in and he hesitated like that was not his job. I was told that screens and windows both would be cleaned. The screens are difficult for me to put back in. So I told him to clean through the screens and he seemed really pleased to do that not telling me that the windows would not be adequately washed. I received a quote for $210 and when he was done I was charged around $430. Several approximate...

We have had Heffernan's complete fence and house washing for a couple of years and it has been great. The staff are responsive and always do a great job. This year we added driveway sealing to the jobs. Jake & Kindrick did the work. They were here when they said they would be. The work was precise, no missed spots. The guys were polite, respectful and, best of all had a good sense of humor which I appreciated.

The rep I talked to from Heffernan’s was very nice and she came out to give me an on site estimate for power washing the house snd cleaning windows inside and out. The service guy did a great job and I was pleased with the result. I will say that it was definitely not inexpensive, but I feel like I got my money’s worth.
