We’ve used Heffernan’s Home Services for Christmas lights for several (4-5) years. They used to be very responsive and professional, but this year it has been near-impossible to get them out to take care of lights that have burned out and strands that have fallen down.

Five phone calls and several days later, they still haven’t been out to rehang lights that fell over a week ago despite being told on multiple occasions that “somebody will be out today or tomorrow to fix the issue.”

We had a similar issue before Christmas, when a strand fell and it took several days to get a response. After a few days of no-shows, I was told when I called that they had the wrong address on file. Not sure how that happens after the lights are already hung?!?!

We absolutely love our lights! We surprised the whole family this year. They were easy to work with and fast at getting us in. I would highly recommend them and will be a repeat customer.

We had Heffernan’s install Holiday Lighting outside of our home. When we asked for extra lights in our backyard, they had someone by at 9pm in December to get it finished. We added a gutter cleaning recurring service because we were pleased to work with them!
