I’ve been a customer for at least 3 years. They do great work to make your home look sparkly bright for the holidays. They will come to fix or replace bulbs in a timely manner. They even work with you to ensure your home stands out in the neighborhood. Very understanding and easy to work with. They also store my lights and garland and everything is ready to go the following year.

Everyone was very helpful and full of knowledge about hanging the lights. Since it was our first time, we are so far pleased with the results! I would recommend Heffernan.

Can NEVER GET A CALLBACK FROM THEM. Bad customer service.

The Heffernan‘s employees who came out to clean windows did an excellent job, and they were very fast. Impressive.
There was a problem with management, however. When the job was done I was handed a review sheet. At the bottom was a tip amount starting at 10%, 12%, on up to 25%. At over $1400 the lowest tip rate would have been $140! I was shocked. Jobs done under contract like car repair, home repairs, etc.don’t ask for tips. Customers are given an estimate which they sign to agree to pay the price. It’s likely that a management is under paying the employees with the promise of making up their wages in tips. That’s not fair to the customer or the employee .

This is our third year using them for Christmas lights and we love them! They do excellent work, respond quickly and truly care about the work they do!

Did a wonderful job hanging our Christmas lights. Our house looks amazing! Last year was our first year and everything went perfect getting the lights hung again this year. Our only issue is my family won't let me start turning the lights on in October! lol
