However, this is a phenomenal company who stand behind their work and do what is right to get the job done.

I hired them to clean some hard water stains and mineral deposits off of fibrous concrete siding. The initial set-up was a breeze and the staff were very professional. They stuck to their timeline and we received communication throughout.

I was at first disappointed when I got home and saw that hardly anything had been done. They did the work, but the stains and deposits remained. Quite honestly, I was expecting to have to try and ask for money back. But they took the time to listen to what I had to say and worked with me to come back out and try to make it right. I hired them to clean all the windows inside and out, clean the gutters and power wash one side of our house. Showed up at 4pm to do all the work. Rushed to try to get it done. Worked until after dark to finish the inside windows. Came back the next day to finish the outside windows. Missed two inside windows which still aren't done. Frames and sills weren't cleaned well. Was told that I would get a 10% discount on the work, but wasn't given it. Full price was posted to my credit card.
Called four times to try to get the billing corrected, and it was finally corrected two weeks later. Called to speak with someone in management about the issues I had, was told someone would call and no one called back. I have used them several times in the past, but it seems now that they couldn't care less about their customers and won't use them again.

Two young men arrived early, were very pleasant and conscientious, and most importantly, did a FABULOUS job. They cleaned our gutters, then came inside to clean all of our windows, which had not been professionally cleaned EVER. Then did outside. They were very thorough but worked at a good pace. Would definitely recommend them.

Heffernan's always does a great job with our Christmas lights! They are prompt in putting them up and taking them down. The employees are all super helpful and friendly. When one of our strands stopped working, they were out that day to get it fixed. I definitely would recommend them!
