Adam showed up just before the scheduled time, so he and his crew were set up and ready to go right at the time we had scheduled. After trying multiple carpet cleaning services over the years in the area of Waterloo, I was impressed with how clean and professional his crew looked. Adam was a pleasure working with as well. He is always easy to get ahold of for scheduling or if you need to call with an update on your appointment. He cleaned our carpets for a 3 bedroom apartment quickly and it looked fantastic!
