They two gentlemen came early (after calling me to see if I wanted them to). They were friendly, professional & knowledgeable. I learned a lot about the science of carpet cleaning when we were discussing one of my main areas of concern, which was a large stain from red food coloring on my cream colored carpet (that had been there for about a week - whoops!). I was advised on what I could do differently if anything similar happens in the future. I've used this company before and I will again. I had used another carpet cleaning company prior, but after many years of repeated use, that company drastically went downhill with the employees who came to my home and their work ethic. That's when I tried Heaven's Best and found in them to have great employees who have a great work ethic. Thank you Heaven's Best guys!
