Erik was professional, courteous and timely. He explained how he would be cleaning our carpets and how long the process would take. My wife was impressed that he not only vacuumed the carpets before cleaning them, he also vacuumed around the entire perimeter with the vacuum's crevice tool; very thorough. When he was done he had us check each room to be certain we were satisfied. There was a discolored area still remaining and he explained that it was carpet wear versus dirt. He went on to further explain how carpet wears and what colors show the wear less than others. I appreciated the time he took and that he wasn't in big hurry to just get out the door and on to his next job. I will absolutely use Erik again; in fact, I have some carpet upstairs that needs to be restretched and I will be using him for that. Erik was first class in every aspect!

Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning re-stretched and cleaned our carpets. Nearly 3 weeks later, they still look like new. Traffic patterns have not returned. There is no trace of the 3 year old construction adhesive stubborn spots. Because of their equipment and techniques, we've scheduled them to clean the carpet in our new house before we move into it.
