It was fast and easy to schedule the carpet cleaning and the day of the cleaning they contacted us to let us know they were on there way.
I also like the concept of the fact that the office staff and the crew cleaning the carpets actually own the company.
Our carpets were not terribly soiled so they focused most of there time on the heavy traffic areas and the carpets came out looking fantastic and dry in only one hour.
The price was very reasonable and the crew had a great attitude, we will use them again.

I highly recommend Heaven's Best. I have been using them for the past two years. What sold me with Heavens's best was I had a stubborn spot that I had not been able to be removed by two other companies . The spot would come back within a few weeks of cleaning. Then I tried heaven's best and he said he was up for the challenge. That was 2 years ago and I am very happy to say to spot never came back. We are getting ready to sell the house and he came out and did a final cleaning and it looks great !!! They are very professional, on time, friendly and pricing is very competitive.
