Our carpets were very soiled and I was a little skepticle with the process as it was not a suction type cleaning but I was open to a new process and a faster dry. The carpets came out beautiful and were dry in an hour. Very friendly and professional. I had lots of questions and they took the time to answer them all! I would use them again in a heartbeat!!
