Called Tim and he had someone at my door the next day to clean an area rug that was covered in dog pee. They took care of it and got rid of the smell. Also had them take one of my other nicer rugs for cleaning. Tim personally dropped off the rug on a Saturday! Super nice company run by a super nice guy! 5 stars isn't enough!!!!!
