Where to begin? From the initial phone call to ask about services with Ann, to Steve coming to pick up our rug and walk us through the process and from William and Tim's delivery and care when reinstalling the rug in our home there is no other company I would trust more in cleaning our rugs and furniture going forward. We had a few rooms of VERY old carpet in terrible condition. Stains, urine smell, the works. Corey and William did a great job making it presentable. Smells great now! It should last long enough so I can replace it when the budget allows. I'd recommend this crew to friends and family.
