Heaven's Best Carpet & Rug Cleaners

They did an amazing job cleaning our carpet. The communication was great of when they could come and then heads up when they left the previous job. Both of them were so kind and worked hard to get our carpet as clean as possible. I appreciate this attention to serving us and will certainly hire them again!

Very nice pleasent people. A little more than Stanley steamer but the price was worth my house not reeking after they left.

Admittedly, I do not ordinarily make time to write a review. Sometimes, though, there are those Merchants that deserve extraordinary recognition. Such is the case for Heaven's Best Carpet & Rug Cleaners! This is the 2nd time that we have utilized their services. Obviously, we patronized them again for a reason--mainly attributed to their quality of service, friendliness, and dependability. We had water damage to our wood floors with water soaked rugs. HBCRC responded ASAP and worked with us on delivery until we could refinish the woods. Bottom Line...we are delighted to refer our Friends and Family when their rugs required cleaning!!

Our experience with Heaven's Best was exceptional. The scheduling & quote occurred within two hours of my initial inquiry & the process was very streamlined & professional. Then when the technicians came on site the were very friendly & professional. The techs did a great job cleaning my furniture & cleaned the areas up nicely afterwards.

Five stars. They were interested, involved, flexible, prompt, courteous, professional, clean, thorough, knowledgeable, communicative and the pricing was very reasonable.

Heaven's Best did a thorough job cleaning our carpets and we will definitely use them again in the future! Kory and Anthony kept me informed during the whole process, and I really appreciated their respect and professionalism. The only small improvement that might could be made is for shoe covers to be worn (we have never worn shoes in our home), and I will make sure to have some on hand next time! Overall, a great experience and we highly recommend them!
