The carpet and rugs are very clean. The guys were on task and kind. However, I believe we do a great job of clearing all furniture and items so they are done in a couple of hours. It's a wide open space and I feel for the time spent, it should be this costly. Sadly, I'm going to seek other options next spring for a more cost effective service. Again, everything is clean. This is mainly due to costs.

Great communication by text before they arrived. Texted to let us know they were running a little behind leaving a previous job. Thoughtful and within a few arrived and started measuring and explaining the process for cleaning.
