My oriental rug looks amazing!!! Service was great. Steve picked up my rug at my home. They cleaned my rug. When it was done a young man returned my rug and laid it down in my home. Both gentlemen were very courteous!!! The price was very reasonable. Just all around great experience!! Would highly recommend.

This is the 3rd carpet cleaning company I’ve used in the metro-Birmingham area, and I plan to use them from now on! To schedule the appt, I spoke with an actual person. She clearly explained options and pricing. Pricing is easy to understand: there aren’t complicated categories or separate fees for cleaning/sanitizing/deodorizing. The pair of techs showed up on time and were extremely professional. They did a beautiful job in the time specified and the price was almost the exact amount of the estimate! They didn’t try to get me to add any “special” treatments or purchase additional products.
