Great time with friends on a very nice bus.

Service was exceptional and very professional! Driver was friendly and vehicle was in great shape! Will definitely be returning to them for my needs

The bus was everything we had hoped for but our driver came off as rude to a few of my friends on the bus. When we got to our drop off, the driver requested $300 from us and drove away from the drop off location with a few of us still on the bus. After being taken to an ATM, we paid the driver to keep things from escalating any further. This was unacceptable and the contract we had included tip/gratuity so ultimately, we were taken advantage of. I have left a message with the phone number assigned to my contract but have yet to hear anything back. Hope this never happens to anyone else on their birthday and that we can get a refund in the amount of the requested “tip”.

Loved:
1) driver on time, courteous, and drove well
2) bus was clean inside and outside (although a used cigar was left in one of the bins)
3) price was reasonable
4) price and vehicle inquiry, and reservation process was easy to use

Improvements:
1) Bluetooth connection did not work on the bus (driver also could not get it to work)
2) Driver offered to purchase an aux cord, but ended up not doing so because of price ($16), so approx 30 min was wasted waiting on this task
3) Suggest that tip discussion be held when reviewing paperwork with customer, not at introductions as the first impression
