Working with Melissa was great. Big Tex is nice inside and roomy - I would not agree with the website that it seats 48. 48 if each person weighs 100 lbs. I mentioned to Melissa several times that the most important things for our group were the tv’s and music on our ride. Jeremy was our driver and he didn’t know how to turn the tv on - he tried three different remotes and just shrugged his shoulders. For music, my husband had to bring cords as big tex didn’t have any and when you played music you had to hold the cord into the socket to play as the technology for tv and music was very old in my opinion and needs an upgrade. It also states that you can bring your beverages and coolers with ice will be ready, but this wasn’t true - we had to get our own ice and the area to put drinks was so small - room for just a few and with so many people this was tough.
