The reason for 4 & not 5 stars is LATE ARRIVAL. Time of arrival was supposed to be 8pm & at 8.25 was still trying to locate the limo...dinner reservation at 8.30pm. Roy had communicated with me earlier by text but it wasn't a deployable text.I only realised the day after that Roy's direct contact # had been emailed to me at 6pm on the event evening when I had been too busy yo check my emails.
Thereafter, no further problems, we loved the limo, smooth fun rides & a fun time had by all.

I would recommend that the driver's direct tel # be texted & emailed to the client the day BEFORE the event. Also emphasizing to drivers that late is NEVER acceptable!!!

Had a great time. We were halfway to the game and realized we left tickets at the hotel! Elton was so cool. He said no prob and turned right around. He was awesome. Thanks for a fun night and making it great!

I never leave good or bad reviews ,but It felt necessary to write this one , we got this service for our wedding day , the driver was on time and the car look good , unfortunately the Ac wasn't working , the brides maids and the bride make up and hair were ruined , which took a lot of time and money to get just right we understanding people and no things happen but it is a hard pill to swallow on such a special day

Awesome driver, the limo was exactly what we had in mind and perfect from front to back. Will reserve something here again whenever we have an event for sure

I was MORE THAN IMPRESSED with Heaven On Wheels. I was planning my brother's bachelor party in Dallas, and had been emailing back-and-forth with MULTIPLE limo services in Dallas, including Prime Limo, Platinum Limo, and other top reviewed services. I was getting VERY frustrated with these other services. They were quoting me extremely high prices, requesting 5 hour minimums, and could not give me clear answers on if their limo/bus would necessarily be big enough, OR if the AC would work/ if the limo or bus would be cool enough for us not to sweat like crazy in the Dallas heat inside of the vehicle. A friend of mine had booked through Platinum limo a couple weeks prior and their wedding party MELTED on one of their party buses because the AC did not work: they received no refund, discount, apology, or even a response.
THANK GOD I REACHED OUT TO HEAVEN ON WHEELS. I did not...

Everything was perfect! The initial setup was fast and easy. The customer service the staff at Heaven On Wheels provided was great! All my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. On the day of the event, the driver was on time and very friendly and patient. The party bus was very clean and the lights and sounds were great as well. I would definitely recommend using Heaven On Wheels for your next event!
