The whole service was easy to set up. The driver was right on time and polite. The limo I reserved was not available because the ac was broken so they gave me a free upgrade. Great service.

I rented a black bus from Heaven on Wheels that fit up to 22 people. My group had it for 3 hours and it was a great experience! The bus was extremely clean, the cooler/bar area was filled with ice for us, and the sound system was excellent. Only downside was that the TVs were not working, but we didn't need them. Our driver Greg was so friendly and a great driver. All of the people I dealt with via phone and email were professional, answered my questions very quickly, and they spoke English (can't say this about most other party bus rental companies in the Dallas area). Everything went smoothly with my credit card being charged - no additional fees beyond what I was told from the very beginning. I would definitely recommend Heaven on Wheels and I'd use them again.

Melvin was absolutely great he took great care of myself and bridal party he was the perfect gentleman he helped us throughout our entire experience! We couldn’t have asked for a better chauffeur. I will definitely be using heaven on wheels again and I definitely will recommend to anyone looking great quality great service and great prices!

My son and his friends used the limo for homecoming. There were 16 people and they were comfortable in the limo and had a blast!

The ride there and the ride back was horrible due to burning hot sweaty Car ride. The air coming out was burning hot. We sweated all of our make up off by the time we got to the event. Kids were burning hot sweating making them not feel good. Very unprofessional.
