Driver was 15 minutes early and responsive the whole time. He was patient waiting for us (we came staggering out of the venue) and was very kind and helpful the whole night. Would recommend heaven on wheels to anybody!

Heaven On Wheels was our transportation to the airport for our elopement. It was a nice treat for ourselves, as well as convenient as we had a lot of bags. :-) Our driver was magnificent. From helping to load and unload our luggage, to having water stocked for passengers, to our preference in music. It was a great start to our wedding week away.

The vehicle was nice and clean. It met all my expectations. It was the driver. Every time he changed lanes, passengers would bump in to each other. I was sitting and I dropped a very nice bottle of champagne. Several people had drinks spill on their clothes and not because we were drunk or acting stupid. The driver drove aggressive and needs training on how to progressively switch to another lane vs quickly and abruptly. My overall experience on a party bus was less than desirable because of this.

It was easy to get in contact and place the order for the buses we requested. One day prior, the drivers got confused and called us about the location mix up, which led us to be more confused and having last minute panicking. On the day of, the main bus didn’t have a functioning sound system and couldn’t play music. This wasn’t explained prior when placing the order for the buses. Everything appeared to be perfect and unfortunately that was a huge issue. Though they have drinks, cups, ice and water, the bus is so bouncy no one was able to pour drinks without spilling and had to wait until the buses made complete stops. Even after pouring into cups, the ride quality wasn’t up to par and no one could really drink or enjoy fully. These are huge concerns considering there is no refund, which is clearly expressed verbally and written. For the hefty price paid after reading previous...

I had a great time I enjoyed my 33rd birthday with heaven on wheels it was a great experience the party bus was exclusive plush seats driver was great I just wish I had more money for more time other than that it was a great experience
