Heartland Home Inspections did great job on inspecting my townhouse! Inspectors are very nice and answered all my questions. The work was very thorough and you can definitely trust them!

I have purchased over 10 homes in the past and Hank from Heartland did an outstanding job upfront by outlining the inspection, during the inspection he pointed out several concerns, and post inspection. They have all the latest equipment do a thorough job. I would highly recommend Hank and Heartland. One of the best inspections I have had.

Heartland Home Inspection is a great company because of the personal service provided by Henry and his entire team. They did a complete inspection of a 12 unit building I was buying. Because of their excellent service we discovered several problems the seller did not disclose that would have costed me thousands of dollar not to mention city code violations. Henry is a great guy and even after the inspection was completed, I called him a month later with some question and asked for his expert opinion and he returned my call within 24 hours. I was so impressed by this type of service that I will always us Heartland inspections for all of my future deals here in Illinois.

I loved Heartland Home Inspections because Hank was so detailed and professional. The home was 4,000 sq ft. He comes very prepared and is respectful and courteous to everyone. Hank is so incredibly knowledgeable on the inside and outside of a home. My husband was blown away by his knowledge. Our realtor wanted us to use her recommendation but we used heartland instead and our realtor was so impressed by him. She got his card and planned to use him for her other closings. This is the second time I have used Hank from Heartland and will absolutely use him again!

I think Hank was great I used him twice very knowledgeable and checked out and explained everything as he was doing it from roof to basement told me how it was and how it should be would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody all around great guy true professional saved me from from making huge mistake on one of the homes he inspected thanks Hank !!!
