Heartland Home Inspections

I loved Heartland Home Inspections because Hank was so detailed and professional. The home was 4,000 sq ft. He comes very prepared and is respectful and courteous to everyone. Hank is so incredibly knowledgeable on the inside and outside of a home. My husband was blown away by his knowledge. Our realtor wanted us to use her recommendation but we used heartland instead and our realtor was so impressed by him. She got his card and planned to use him for her other closings. Hank was great. Did a very thorough job inspecting my new condo. Although he said more than once, "I don't normally comment on cosmetic items," he did and the items he "caught" were valuable to know. Technology has really improved over the (30) years I've been buying homes in Chicago. From 360 degree cameras to infrared readings of the ductwork, Hank used them all to give me an outstanding view of my new home. I'm confident the final report will be equally as thorough.
