Heartland Home Inspection is a great company because of the personal service provided by Henry and his entire team. They did a complete inspection of a 12 unit building I was buying. Because of their excellent service we discovered several problems the seller did not disclose that would have costed me thousands of dollar not to mention city code violations. Henry is a great guy and even after the inspection was completed, I called him a month later with some question and asked for his expert opinion and he returned my call within 24 hours.
