Working with Heart to Heart was a breath of fresh air! Having previously worked with another agency, and being utterly mortified by how thing were run, I had doubts about adoption as a whole. But when I started working with Heart to heart, from beginning to end and beyond I have felt so supported as an adoptive parent! Doing adoption as a single parent was a hard journey, but when working with Heart to Heart I constantly felt like I had support and people to process things with. They were there for everything I could possibly need and the birth mother I matched with also felt the support and love from the agency. It made the journey amazing for both of us!
