Our experience with Heart to Heart was very simplistic in a way that we were very aware of everything happening. The staff was always very kind and continue to be throughout the process. We feel they went above and beyond to make sure us, as well as our birth mother, were taken care of. We truly feel like they loved our birth mom, wanted what was best for her and comforted her throughout the process. Our social workers were Linda and Bonnie and they are both very dear to us after guiding us through the ups and downs of the adoption process. We loved our experience with Heart to Heart! They were so good to us through the entire process and continue to be in our post placement time. We felt they took great care of both us and our birth mother. They were patient in answering all of our questions and great with communicating. We adopted with Heart to Heart in 2016. From the minute we started talking to them and even now they have been awesome to work with. They have done a wonderful job taking care of our birthmom even months after the adoption. They were at the hospital when our little girl was born making sure that our birthmom had everything she needed even bringing her meals outside of the hospital.

We couldn't have asked for anything more. This is our second adoption and my biggest want with this adoption was to have an agency supporting the birthmom all along the way and support for us. I had an amazing experience with H2H through my adoption process they were really there for me through the way I had an early labor and they still made a way to be here for me asap all the ladies who work for h2h are amazing I love them all they were a big support system without their support I wouldn't feel better about my decision today and the family they found for my babyboy is amazing and I know I made the right choice without any of them this wouldn't have been easy they made the process so much easier and took a lot of stress off me at first I felt down then realizing all the help and support they gave and to meet the family I felt so much better they are there for you every step of the way !!!!
