I am a "birthmother" but I prefer the term biological mother. When I was pregnant, 18 years ago, I had nowhere to turn. I was estranged from my family and surrounded by people who did not care about me. I already had one son who was living with my older sister. I thought, How can I take care of two when I can't even take care of one. I called Heart to Heart and was on a plane to Utah within days. The ladies there treated me with kindness, love, and respect. They genuinely liked me and built up my self esteem- giving me strength every step of the way. I had spent some time with the woman who adopted my son but I didn't really KNOW her. I went on to clean up my life and my sister returned my older son. Still, I wondered, is the child I placed loved? with from the agency not only answered our million questions but also truly held our hands through this process. Our adoption journey was not an easy one and was filled with many bumps along the way. We
experienced two failed adoptions through a different agency before coming to Heart to Heart. You can

Heart to Heart is a great agency!! They do an amazing job helping adoptive families, but more importantly give birth mothers the crucial support and love they need! Whether that is taking them to doctor appointments, grocery shopping, group and individual counseling, or just being someone to talk to. Heart to Heart is full of great employees as well. You can tell they are really dedicated to providing great support to everyone throughout the process. Hi there! We are Stan and Jill. Because it is really strange to try to type as two people, I, Jill, am going to tell you our seriously crazy adoption story.
To tell truth, our adoption journey has been a long one that began 14 years ago and came to fruition last year. Let me explain: In 2003, Stan and I were trying to get pregnant with our first child with little success and lots of doctors. In December, we decided that, after the first of the year, we would pursue adoption. We called a local consultant and made our first appointment. When the day of our appointment rolled around, I had the flu. We cancelled, and, before we could reschedule, found out we were pregnant with our son. Working with Heart to Heart was great. There are a lot of steps before you can even be approved to adopt and the counselors were always there to answer questions we had and encourage us to keep working to get our profile done. After we finished everything and were matched with a child, the social worker was always willing to find out any information we asked for. They kept in close contact with us during and after the placement of our baby to ensure our needs were met. Read more >

Of all the businesses to be in, helping innocent babies have a better life is honorable and worth while. Helping mothers who are in a very tough stop is equally honorable. And helping family fill a dream of a child in there home is just as honorable.
