Healthy Home Flooring

DO NOT give these people a deposit without knowing for sure you will use them!! It has been nearly 2 months since I canceled my order without receiving my $500 refund. They have illegally kept my money, even though I canceled within 2 days of my original contract = well within the law protecting me for a full refund. Now they will not even answer an email. Family company? HOGWASH!!

We really enjoy our carpets. A little more expensive than we would have liked to spend but you can negotiate. The pictures attached to this review are before (unknown installer) and after by them. There's a lot of hype on the customer experience and it's been okay. However, they deliver little cakes for doing a consultation 😅

We had Healthy Home Flooring do vinyl plank floors in several rooms at our house recently. We love it! They did a thorough and excellent job and completed the work before expected. We definitely recommend Healthy Home Flooring and will use them again in the future!

we pulled the trigger & went with healthy home flooring after we bought our home. we removed carpet & placed laminate throughout our home. healthy home made the process simple & effortless. i was concerned with some reviews but our experience was wonderful! brandon and the team have been awesome and helpful through the whole process. now we get to enjoy our beautiful floors & couldn’t be happier 💚

Working with this company has been the WORST experience of my life. They were 9 hours late on day one and not a single person called me to inform me. I lost a whole day of work and had to call them every hour for updates. They came to my house, tore it apartment, and left me with a mess. They didn’t cover ANYTHING like promised, they broke my shower, and didn’t finish the project until almost 10pm on the 3rd day. They also left my condo an absolute dirty mess that I was left cleaning in the middle of the night. Manager joe said he’d stay on top of everything and communicate with us and when he got tired of us calling he said “you’ll forget all this when the floor is done, you’re getting a good deal.” No, you creating chaos and being disrespectful is not what I need even for a good deal.
