signed contracts on 4/13 for install on 4/17. delay after delay. finally install for 5/2. they dropped off product but did no work. "had to let the LVP acclimate" from the scorching 80 degree day. what was supposed to be a 2 day project is now 3 days and counting. crew never showed up on time, HOURS LATE with every excuse in the book, not ONE day were they on time. couldn't do proper 45 degree corners because they're "inverted". if you don't know how to flip the saw or rotate the board, just say that. uneven cuts, left exposed nails in subfloor after each day, wood chips, garbage etc for us to walk in. broke my walk way lights, tried to hide it, dinged walls, baseboards don't touch thr floor in so many areas, stairs are uneven and they didn't put baseboards or moulding, "there's no way to do that". again, if you don't know how say that. don't get me... Worst company to work for or get work done by . OWES every installers . Literally uses everyone then doesn’t pay . Can’t even afford to pay for customers products even though customers pay UPFRONT . every install goes wrong and never owns up to anything . Has several ROC cases open . The crew that came out were great!
It was all done in a timely manor.
They removed a house full of tile and laid down planks in 4 days.
They did a great job of cleaning up everyday to make the house dog safe.
They cleaned up on the last day and put all the furniture back in place and plugged everything in.
