What's with all the no-call no-shows? That's two times in a week. You can't even call back? Every time we call we get a "Well the shipment was destroyed" or "We have an explanation but, we have to call you back." And of course, you never call back.

Horrible company and so very sorry I went with them to do my flooring. They do not return any phone calls and I am continuing to escalate until my issue is resolved.

Do not hire this company! Once they get their money they will not come back out for repairs, they will say they're putting you on the schedule and no call no-show repeatedly until you stop calling! We have had them no call no show us more than we can count! We have to call repeatedly to even get anyone on the phone who can schedule us just for them not to show up and if we're lucky enough to get them to show up they don't have what they need to do the work! We have been waiting for a repair to be done for over a YEAR! We have small children and we have to move our lives around to be able to schedule to have them come out just for them not to show up! they do not care! A lot of our stuff got broken they reimbursed us partially but would not take responsibility for chipping our bathroom countertop and never never finished paying us us for the other stuff that they actually did take...

JD did a great job assuring us the job could get done as well as provide up front pricing and a completion date. We are very happy with our flooring and all promises were met. 2 years of trying to get them to fix our floor after our original install!!! They continuously blow us off. Excuse after excuse for why they don’t get back to us. They did fix the floor once after a months long battle and them blaming us, but it started coming apart almost immediately after they fixed it.

It took 4 weeks of calling to have repair manager return call to discuss mis-measured plank and to set appointment to paint baseboards. She denied my request to replace plank even though it’s obvious the installer did not measure correctly. He inserted a one inch piece of plank at the top of the row instead of just cutting one of the planks one inch longer. Also, not all baseboards are flush to the floor. The most frustrating part is the lack of communication with managers at the Tempe location. I called and left messages for 4 weeks before I got a call back. It’s poor customer service and I am not satisfied with the service. This is the first company I have used in AZ that refuses to back up their word. If you need photos, please let me know.

We had our 2000 Sq/Ft house completely refloored, to include baseboards, and the team was fantastic. Great looking prodct, that feels durable, and easy to clean!

I recommend them for sure!
