Upon further review, the salesman and the install techs were great. Unfortunately, the girls on the phone don’t know what they are doing. They promised $150 in gift cards if I left reviews online. They sent me an email with links to all the pages they wanted reviews on, which I completed. I also posted their Facebook page on my profile with a positive review, per request. I was told the gift cards were in the mail. I called about a week later and was told I didn’t fill out the right reviews and that I would have to fill out more reviews to receive the gift cards. At this point I knew I was being scammed. She even sent me another email with new links to review sites and the link didn’t work. I believe the 60/60/60 sale is all hype, as the estimate I received from Home Depot was about the same within a couple hundred bucks. One last thing, they say...
