I had my first service with HHH and scheduled a deep clean. I had questions prior to the service that were promptly addressed and I received good communication throughout the process. I was able to schedule the service within a week, which was great! The crew arrived on time and were friendly and ready to get to work right away upon arrival. It was so nice to come back home to a clean home - it is such a time saver and a good feeling that our home has been professionally cleaned. I gave a four star rating because for a deep clean, there were some 'corners' missed and the laminate flooring has streaks. It looks like just a damp mop was used.

First, the cleaners were late, and left before completing the services we agreed upon. Plus, when I talked with the Supervisor, he stated "we are not a maid service." I will not recommend this business to anyone.
