Got a deep clean after taking care of cats for 3 months. Matthew did a great job cleaning the areas where the cats were allowed (no cat hair to be seen) & the bathrooms glow. He even cleaned the weird dirt above the shower stall that I cannot reach.

We booked a deep clean and were left disappointed with the quality of service we received. There were areas that were clearly not swept, mopped, or cleaned.

Stefan was very responsive to my feedback when I called and did offer a 15% discount on our service. That said, the house was not well cleaned - let alone deep cleaned - for a service that cost over $400. The team that came was on time and respectful, but only spent 3.5 hours on our house and told us that was all the time they had allotted for our job.

I have attached a few pictures of areas that were missed for reference.
