I scheduled a deep clean with healthy, happy homes, and definitely did not receive that. There was still dust under the dresser and bed, one toilet not all the way clean, bathtub drain still dirty…lots of things I thought would be cleaned with more detail given it was a deep clean.

Initially happy healthy homes did a good job cleaning my Airbnb but after every subsequent visit I noticed more and more items being missed even after I sent emails to them about it. After pointing these items out to Andrea for the 3rd time (not making the bed, restocking coffee station, restocking towels, refilling coffee maker, and refilling water pitcher, and emptying dirty dishes and restocking, see pictures) I was informed by her that they aren’t a good fit for me and they would no longer clean my Airbnb.

I would recommend avoiding this company as they seem to have trouble following the cleaning instructions for a simple Airbnb turnover.
