This was my first experience with using Steam Mobile, or any carpet shampoo service for that matter. I was not disappointed - from the ease-of-use of the "online ordering process" to the actual cleaning of the carpet. The technicians arrived on time, measured the rooms to be shampooed, explained their process & answered my questions. I did not expect my 26-year-old carpet to look brand new when finished; it doesn't. That would be pretty unrealistic for any such service! However, I am more than thrilled with the result. Clean and fresh with a wonderful scent! (The cleaning also took care of the "sniff" issue that resulted from a kitty behavior problem.)
