Needed an oil change and was recommended this place from a friend. They got me in during a busy time. Loved how they did a full inspection and sent a text with all the info. Friendly and helpful staff too.

Awesome! Great the first time. I came back. The services is awesome. I needed extra things they took care of it! Professional, friendly kind, caring, they stay on top and call you when they say to discuss the services to be performed and they give you time to decide. No pressure. They do the diagnostic test for your vehicle which tells you everything urgent non urgent and what passed. Every car shop should do this. What a blessing! They meet your needs. I have been taking my two cars to HB Auto for about five years and they have done a great job.

Excellent customer service.
I have brought my car here for almost 2 years.
They always explain what I need to have done. I had them fix my AC and an oil leak. Had my oli changed.
They brought me home when I needed to leave my
car for the day, and even offered to pick me up if I needed a ride when it was done.
Every one is very friendly and makes me feel that
that they care about their customers.
My key clicker case had broken being over 14 years old so I wasn’t able to attach it to my key ring anymore
Josh told me I could get a new case on Amazon and it would be easy to switch out. He said if I needed help to do that to bring it in and he would do it for me!
I got the case on Amazon for $7.95 and I couldn’t figure out how to do it....I took it in and he fixed it for me!!!3

Thanks to HB AUTO. Came in with a busted heater hose, thought I was stranded but they handled my issue super quick and done the right way, new clamps and all! Pat also got my AC serviced and it's blows cold. You guys are awesome and thank you for everything.

As sure as the sun will rise in the morning I get great service from HB Auto. Staff is polite, courteous and most of all knowledgeable. They explain clearly what is needed, why it is needed and the cost of the service.
I've been taking my truck here since 2007. I've never had a bad experience. The service, price and staff are all top notch. However what really keeps me coming back is the honesty and trust worthiness of everyone involved. I am confident I will get the service needed at a fair price. That is the reason I have a 10+ year track record with HB Auto and makes the drive from Mission Viejo worth it.
