Due to covid restrictions meeting and getting updates was difficult, but since Kindie has been kind enough to keep me updated everything has much improved. Roy has made friends with many staff members and has introduced me to them. They are very helpful, especially Linda, and always answer any questions. Tyler has made a point of contacting me with updates and involving me in his plan of care. PT and OT have also stopped by with brief updates. Zoey at the front desk is like a ray of sunshine. She is so welcoming and always has something nice to say. She certainly is an asset to you, her welcoming charm is everyone’s first impression of the Haven!
