Jason’s podcast is always full of interesting information and commentary. Sometimes highly controversial, sometimes outright hilarious, he is a wealth of knowledge on creating wealth!

Great way to waste time, lose money, and be treated like trash by property managers

I bought a couple of properties through Jason company few years ago. They were nice but lacking in real customer service. They weren’t helpful when I kept telling them the issues I had with the seller at the time. They were more interested in getting their commission than providing real service to the investors. I stopped working with them and found another company to work with, and had since bought a dozen of properties.

On the bright side, Jason himself is smart and knows real estate. I didn’t deal with him directly, but with his team. I’ll give credit to Jason for persuading me via his podcast to get into real estate investing. It has served me quite well.

Great podcast with interesting topics, timely information, and Jason is a great host/interviewer.

Good info. Too heavy on the "conservative values" for a "Creating Wealth" podcast. Specifically, while the conservative values espoused might be applicable to creating wealth, and as such should probably be addressed, the style of delivery comes across as snide and arrogant, seeming to belittle anyone who believes differently. I've met Jason in person, and he's rarely come across that way during our interactions. The values should be specifically tied to wealth principles rather than merely implied that holding them will ensure success. I think that Jason could do so, if it was a priority.

Jason Hartman's Creating Wealth Podcast is essential to my weekly listening schedule because the perspective Jason provides is unique and brilliant. I have been listening for years. Jason's insights are spot on, and time usually proves his point of view and strategies are correct. I also appreciate and enjoy Jason's sense of humor. I share the same views and I like how he offers his opinions in a non-confrontational light-hearted way. The guests on the program are almost always interesting and helpful.
