Jason Hartman as a company may be fine as there is a lot of good information provided. However, the one property I purchased several years ago in Jackson, MS through the Jason Hartman Company has been a nightmare.
I had losses every year, there was a fire, short tenancies, a big sewer problem, thief when the property was vacant, and now the property value has dropped significantly. Probably I would have done a lot better if I would have just thrown a dart at a real estate map showing listings of properties..
My other properties which I've purchased on my own have done fine, so ultimately this particular Jackson, MS purchase was ill advised on my part.
It is my thinking that the real estate market will be turning down and it is not a good idea to be buying property at the top of the market.
