Great job on new roof. Wilbert and crew removed the old roof and finished the new roof in one day. Tiles were installed about two months later. Lanai screen was damaged during installation. It was replaced before job was done.

The company under Tim Harrington did a wonderful through job. I had and still have complete faith in them. They were on top of all new developments in Palm beach roofing. The workers worked with hard and did not cut any corners. They did not rush to cash any payments due and made sure that each section was done before they cashed any checks. I also liked the fact that for any questions that you had Tim would get back to you the same day. There is a reason that they have done so many roofs in Ponte Vecchio

Preset price for ponteveccio east includes replacing rotten boards and solar powered exhaust fan. Tim and employees are great to deal with and I recommend Harrington & Sons

I have had a 9month experience with Tim Harrington and Sons roofer. Very Long story…the contract to replace the roof was signed in May 2024, the roof was completed March 2025, yes 9 months!!! That’s a huge red flag. 🚩 I hope that anyone using them has a better experience than my brother and I did.

Owner and associate our remarkably attentive and keep you in the loop all along the way.
