Great communication and great results

I love Tim Harrington and his company for the re-roofing job they did on my home.
Located in Boca Falls, completed in August 2025
They crew that worked on my home was approximately 25 people. The were able to
remove all my old roof tiles, remove the tar paper, replace all plywood sections that were
rotten that had been ruined by the water. They spray a moldicide and other products that
make sure the inside attic rafters are completely clean of any mildew. Then they wrap the
entire rood with poly seal, which is water proof, sheets approximatelytape all the connecting areas. Then they put
the new tiles on the house, replacing and fascia that is ruined. Because of the amount of people
they use they are able to complete he entire job in just a matter of 5-7 work days. That includes all
permits, all clean up, and my home and yard are...

I can’t say enough about working with Harrington and Sons for my re-roofing. From start to finish every step was professional, quality workmanship, great customer service. No regrets at all for choosing this great outfit. My 25 year old home feels brand new.

After thorough review and analysis of many companies, we decided to go with Harrington & sons. We were satisfied with their service. We did have some hiccups in the beginning, but Tim was very honest and explained the situation with us. Wilmur, the 1st phase PM was amazing. He was very knowledgable and also very prompt. He got the work done and also would come by and check on it as well.

Overall we were happy with their service and would recommend them to anyone!
