CONSUMER BEWARE!!! I am at a loss for words with the disappointment I feel from our experience with this company. My husband and myself showed them two of our properties. They came back with an offer it was rather low so my husband asked if he could have a little time to think about it. The man he was corresponding with responded with "I guess but money doesn't grow on trees" or something close to that so we felt rushed to make a decision. We accepted the offers, because we weren't really in a position not to, and decided to move forward. We again felt rushed to get moved out of the home so they could take ownership, our family of 5 was completely out of the property we had been living in, within less than a week.
