Two years ago I was about to have surgery, and would need 6 months of house cleaning help during my recovery. After checking out several cleaning companies, I called Happy Maids, and I still have them today! The ladies are wonderful! Kind and caring and very detailed in their cleaning. My husband and I appreciate everything they do.

They're a very reliable service, office staff is very helpful when I've had to move my schedule around, the team is great about coming and going when we're not in and being trustworthy. Their rates are also fantastic so that's hard to beat.
The reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because sometimes I feel that they miss things. I had to mop beneath the bar stools at the kitchen counter this week myself (obvious mud/boot marks)and last week it was the glass in the master shower that still had soap spots etc.. I'm sure part of it is that I'm perhaps more fastidious than your average customer, but I've had maid services in the past that never left me needing to go back over their work, so I know it's possible to keep me satisfied.
They are cheaper so I imagine it's partially related to the adage of "you get what you pay for" and I consider them good value. They do...

Hire them to clean our apartment and paid for the $225 package deal since our landlord asked us to have it professionaly clean when me moved out. The place was vacant! You would think it would be easier to clean. Our landlord called us and was dissatisfied with the job they did. She found hair on shelves, the shower head wasn't wiped down, there were a few areas that it seemed that were not touch, didn't even wiped inside the dishwasher as it states on their website that they will do. She had to have a different company come in and clean it a second time at our expense. We called back wanting our money back and the owner was very rude and basically said no. Horrible service and experience over all.
