Excellent company and a terrific crew I have. They want to ensure I am happy. A clean house is a great relief!

Personally I would never use them again. $300 for a “deep” clean on a 1150 sg ft house and 400 square foot basement sounded steep but I figured well they are highly rated so they must be worth it. I was wrong. First time through yes they did a “surface” wipe down of mostly counters, door trim, and floor trim. However floors were still dirty in corners. Carpet was only vacuumed in the center with no furniture moved (couch is a small lightweight sectional). Top of windows weren’t wiped down. Bathroom walls weren’t wiped down at all including around the toilet. They completely forgot to clean the basement at all. Tracks of sliding glass door weren’t cleaned. Vents were wiped down on the surface but the grates weren’t cleaned. Fridge door was only halfway cleaned. Overall just felt like they had my money so they just ran through the house in an hour and hoped I wouldn’t notice. However I...

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have tried for two years to find a cleaning service that performs at high standards. This one is it. The ladies always know exactly what to do, are very sweet, and clean the house so well. They don't cut corners. Everything is cleaned extremely well, and the house shines after they leave. I am so thankful I met Maggie and Happy Maids. You don't be disappointed. Trust me.
