Fred Niemann and his staff were easy to deal with and saved us a huge amount of money. The first lawyer we went to insisted that my wife and I needed complex wills, involving the establishment of many trusts, adding thousands of dollars to the cost. He actually refused to do the simpler wills. So we went to our next choice, Hanlon, Niemann & Wright. Fred, hearing the same story from us as the first lawyer, gave us the same explanation of the risk of not using trusts. But Fred listened to our explanation of why we believed that we didn't need them. He agreed with us., and Hanlon Niemann put together the two wills and the power of attorney documents that were exactly what we both wanted, and for less than the first lawyer would have charged for the simple wills that we had originally asked for.
