For the last couple of years, I have had the pleasure of working with Hanlon, Niemann, and Wright law firm. My Mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2019. As her conditioned progressed I knew I was going to have to take action to get her some help and the best way of doing so was if I had Guardianship. I consulted with Mr. Niemann and he informed me of what had to be done. I decided to utilize their services and he put me in contact with Mr. Steve Kornas who helped me begin the process. He was very knowledgeable and helped me along the way. Unfortunately, just before the process was complete my Mother passed away and I then had to get Administrator of Estate. Mr Kornas then submitted all paperwork needed to the Surrogate Court to end the Guardianship and start the Administrator of Estate process. I never once had to go into the office.
